Dean, Heckle & Hill, Inc., was organized as a North Carolina corporation on December 21, 1981. the three founders were William G. Dean, Richard A. Heckle and Terry M. Hill. On January 1, 1984, Joseph C. Monteith joined the corporation to establish the Life and Benefits Division. On June 30, 1985, William G. Dean retired from the corporation.

Our organization is designed to be a full-line agency offering complete coverages for personal and business insurance, including property and casualty, life, group, individual health and disability insurance, and other employee benefit products.
